The Sweetwater Prayer Center is dedicated to worship and intercession and to the training of prayer warriors.

The purpose of the Sweetwater Prayer Center is to create positive impact on the spiritual atmosphere of the Sweetwater area and the world through prayer.

The primary model for the Prayer Center is Jesus' instruction in Matthew 6:9-1, "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your Name, Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven."

The purpose of the Prayer Center will be accomplished through:

* Providing a 24 hour accessible place of prayer.

* Coordinating a schedule for round the clock intercession.

* Coordinating corporate church prayer.

* Coordinating community prayer.

* Emphasizing national prayer movements (National Day of Prayer, Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church, The Call, etc.)

* Coordinating intercessory worship events.

* Scheduling sustained prayer events (24 hr., 48 hr., 72 hr., 7 day, 21 day, etc.)

* Establishing prayer stations which focus on specific local, national, and world issues.

* Creating a resource room for personal study and teaching on prayer.

* Creating a PrayGround facility for training young intercessory worshippers.

* Providing a place for personal solitude and prayer.

* Connecting with other prayer initiatives in our region.


The Prayer Center is open to anyone in our community!
